Cookie has lived in Los Angeles since 1979 and has been practicing real estate since 1988. Born in Havana, Cuba, and coming to the U.S. as a political refugee, she built her career on perseverance, integrity, and a genuine love for helping others. Having raised her family in Palos Verdes Estates, Cookie brings invaluable firsthand knowledge of the communities she serves.

Anya, raised in Palos Verdes Estates, grew up immersed in real estate and learned early the importance of strong advocacy and attention to detail. She holds a Bachelor’s degree from Loyola Marymount University and a Master’s degree in Philosophy, and spent ten years in the Film, Television, and Music industries developing skills in negotiation and management. Deeply involved in local schools and community activities, Anya offers clients a modern perspective paired with strong local connections.
